Overview
We’re a residential remodeling company working across the East Bay–Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and surrounding areas. We specialize in full interior and exterior residential remodels. We’re currently looking for a motivated Laborer/Apprentice to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get hands-on experience in the trades. You’ll be supporting experienced remodelers, keeping jobsites clean and organized, and learning the craft along the way. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and supplies
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times
Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks as needed
Opportunity to learn remodeling skills once daily tasks are complete
Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure
Requirements
2 years of construction-related experience
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable and hardworking with a great attitude
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
Must be able to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
