correct demo work without causing more damage
hang sheetrock tape and mud and texture work
plumbing hookups vanities.showers.and bathtubs.
hanging cabinets and trim correctly
light electrical ,,,Romexswitchesoutlets breakers
install baseboards without gaps
install crown molding without gaps
good caulking skills a must
hang doors and trim work closetfront.and bedroom.
tile work is a plus
