Almost all of our work is commercial LED lighting retrofits, so removing and bypassing ballasts, installing TLEDs, installing new LED fixtures, pole mounts, wall packs, recessed cans, troffers, all kinds of lighting.We are looking for someone who can communicate with customers, work independently or with a helper, and manage thelighting retrofit from start to finish.
Once you have been trained, you will have a list of jobs that need to be installed and a list of materials that will be installed at each job. You will call the customer to schedule the installation, pick up the materials for the job from the warehouse and go handle it.
Most of the jobs are on the smaller side and will be completed in one day, some are larger and take a few days or longer. Someone who can manage their own schedule, work well with customers, work safely and efficiently will really excelat this.
Experiencedriving a lift is preferred but not required.
