Lead Electrician Wanted for Commercial & Residential Projects

We are looking for an experienced and skilled electrician who can lead and take responsibility on both commercial and residential construction projects. We are seeking long-term cooperation with professionals who take pride in their craft.

General Requirements:

Age between 20–45

Preferably residing in the East Bay area

Minimum 7–10 years of field experience

Dynamic, responsible, and dedicated

Able to work independently and also collaborate in a team environment

Can complete assigned work on time and properly

Can create job reports and prepare material lists

Familiar with electrical materials (commercial and residential)

Has own tools and work vehicle

Capable of organizing and managing a team, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring timely project delivery

Can communicate in both English and Spanish

Commercial Projects (Schools, Restaurants, etc.):

Able to read and interpret electrical project plans

Knowledgeable in NEC and Title 24 codes

Can install and terminate electrical panels

Can bend EMT conduits and perform surface-mounted installation on ceilings and walls

Able to install MC wiring from junction box to outlet and switch points

Experienced with THHN wiring pulled through conduit and proper labeling

Can terminate wires correctly in outlet and switch boxes with accurate labeling

Skilled with 3-way and 4-way switching

Can install and activate occupancy sensors, day zone circuits, light boxes, dimmer banks, and 0–10V dimming systems

Able to prepare detailed material orders (box, plates, conduit, connectors, mounting accessories, etc.)

Skilled at troubleshooting and fixing electrical issues
