Journeyman Carpenter to join our team and help us continue our tradition of

Position Overview:
As a Journeyman Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction
projects and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual who can bring their expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to our team.
Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
Coordinate with subcontractors, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, finishing, and custom woodworking.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
Monitor project progress, budget, and materials
Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Documentation Requirements
Valid driver license
Language Requirements
Read and write fluent English. (bilingual in spanish is a plus)
Tool Requirements
A reliable pickup truck with a lumber rack to haul materials and drive to work locations
A comprehensive set of carpentry tools: At the least- tape measure, Skillsaw, Sawzall,
Tool Bags, Hammer, Levels, Cordless Drill.
