Small landscape design construction company. Looking for skilled labor or craft person doing construction with clean driving record and driver’s license, legal to work USA , Reliable transportation with skills of the following:
Irrigation systems
Planting/ soil amending
Carpentry(Pergolas, decks, fences, gates, etc)
Read plans(grading, Structural, layout and planting)
Drainage(French drain, downspout drainage, sump, and Bio swells)
Concrete (rebar, framing,finish work )
Pavers( grading,compactions )
Wiring (low voltage lighting)
Painting (touch up)
Tile work (prep work and setting and grouting)
Digging ( know how to use a shovels)
Maintenance(Quarterly deadheading ,fire prevention, Planting irrigation timer fertilizing)
Welding basic
Stone work (stone walls to walkways)
Starting pay is $25 -$30 Depending on experience. 30 day Trial . Offer bonus when jobs are completed on budget and on time.
Must have own tools to work. Some heavy duty equipment will be provided when needed.
