Journey Level Trim Carpenter (SF)

We are a well established but small General Contracting firm that focuses only on high-end residential construction in both Marin and SF . We look to only hire the very best of the best. We gave secured projects for the next 2+ years and are currently recruiting for a verifiable, experienced trim carpenter to join our team.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED :
As a prerequisite we are looking to hire someone with expertise with installing doors, windows, casing, exterior trim and crown in both Victorian style homes, as well as modern. For greater consideration, please let us know if you are experienced at installing cabinets, complex crown, stair railing, performing fine woodwork projects (ie saunas, stain grade trim) etc.
Please let us know how many years of experience you have had specific to this type of work.
COMPENSATION:
Our rate of pay depends squarely on the experience and skill you can perform at. We currently pay carpenters in the range of $55-60/hr depending on ability. We offer PTO, medical, paid holidays etc. We are also fortunate to work on some pretty unique high end residences.
