We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and highly skilled Journeyman Carpenter to work on a wide variety of projects for our San Francisco General Contracting company.
The following professional skills are required:
-A high level of competency in carpentry
-A high degree of precision and attention to detail.
-Ability to install cabinets, crown and base moldings, door and window installation, trim as well as all types of wood construction detail.
-A complete understanding of all construction techniques, from rough to finish, as well as related code compliance.
A successful Journeyman Carpenter applicant should possess the following:
- Ability to work as part of close team.
- 7 years of experience in all phases of construction and carpentry, with references.
-Must be able to very competently and confidently read blueprints and architectural details
-Must have own tools and truck.
-Must be capable of working quickly and independently, manage time efficiently with a consistent sense of urgency.
-Must be neat in appearance, have clean work habits and friendliness towards others.
-Must be extremely dependable, on time, and focused during work hours.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills are critical.
