Nailed it! Framing Company is looking to immediately hire hard working, competent, individuals to build with. Projects are located in Sonoma and Marin county. Projects are New residential, remodels, additions and structural retrofits. We aim to be fast and precise, but never compromise one for the other. We tend to take on the tough jobs, and charge a premium for our service. As such, we want everyone signing the checks to be happy to do so! PTO and sick pay after 90 days.
Job duties;
Frame and sheet, from foundation to peak.
Install exterior trim and siding.
Install exterior opening elements.
Journey Carpenter
applicants must have;
Minimum 5 Years experience(current and continuous) in custom/production framing environment.
Must be able to verify and articulate your experience.
Basic hand tools(you should know what goes in your bags).
Firm knowledge of best practices when building from ground up.
Basic understanding of reading blueprints (This is a requirement).
Be task oriented team player.
Ability to effectively communicate with management.
Willingness to get the job done.
Reliable transportation.
