About Us: We are a Real Estate Ownership and Management company in the bay area. The company owns and manages 170+ residential rental units, primarily in San Leandro & Hayward
The Job: This position will be the main maintenance tech and will report to a property managers. The responsibilities will primarily involve repairs to apartments as reported by tenants. Typical repairs include wall patching, painting, door adjustments, installing plumbing and electrical fixtures, unclogging drains, trash dumping, etc.
It will be a full-time position, expected to be 30-40 hours a week. Days and Hours are flexible. This is a unique opportunity for someone to grow the team within a rapidly growing business.
Requirements: The qualified candidate will have several years of experience in construction or maintenance activities spanning a variety of skills, primarily:
Basic plumbing
Basic electrical
Painting
Drywall repairs
Flooring
Appliance installation
The candidate must be comfortable in communicating in English and must have own tools and work truck/van and must have documentation to be able to join a company payroll.
Compensation: The starting compensation will be $33 / hour and milage reimbursement
