Base Line Qualifications:
MINIMUM of 2-3 years of experience in the HVAC trade.
Positive friendly attitude and the ability to work well with others.
Good DMV record and current driver license
Competent working knowledge of air conditioning refrigerant operation.
The DESIRE to be successful, and live the life you want.
Ability to be a self starter, follows directions, and practice good communication skills.
Competent in brazing, soldering, basic pipe fitting, and understanding of refrigerant circuit diagrams.
Boiler/Tankless Water Heater experience
Radiant experience
Mini Split /Duct Less Multi Zone Experience
