San Jose Heating & Cooling is looking for a driven and reliable Sales Representative to join our growing team! This is a commission-based position, perfect for someone who’s confident in their ability to close deals and wants unlimited earning potential.
We’re seeking someone who already has experience in HVAC sales or system knowledge—someone who understands how to connect with homeowners, explain system options, and help guide them toward the best comfort solution. Bilingual (English/Spanish) speakers are a huge plus! Many of our customers are Spanish-speaking, so being able to communicate effectively in both languages will help you succeed even faster.
Responsibilities:
-Generate and close residential and commercial HVAC sales leads
-Educate clients on system options (heating, cooling, ductless, heat pumps, etc.)
-Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
-Work closely with our install and service teams to ensure smooth project hand-offs
Requirements:
-Prior HVAC sales experience highly preferred
-Knowledge of HVAC systems, rebates, and energy-efficient upgrades
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
-Must have reliable transportation
Compensation:
100% commission-based (average reps earn $80K–$150K+)
