We're looking for an experienced, all-around carpenter who can run jobs, manage crews, and self-perform work when needed. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can handle everything from full home renovations to specialized remodels while keeping projects on time and on budget.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee & manage residential renovation projects of all sizes.
Self-perform work on smaller jobs and during slower periods.
Execute high-quality craftsmanship across multiple trades, including:
◦Framing, demo, and structural work for full-house renovations, ADU development, and additions.
◦Rough plumbing & electrical for kitchens, bathrooms, and remodels.
◦Tile work for showers, backsplashes, and flooring.
◦Painting, flooring, and finishing touches to elevate the final product.
◦Decks, siding, and outdoor living spaces for seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
◦Trim and finish carpentry to complete high-end interiors.
◦Facade improvements that enhance curb appeal.
◦Section 1 pest report repairs to prepare homes for sale.
◦Age-in-place modifications to create accessible and functional spaces.
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience in high-end residential renovations.
Ability to manage job sites, oversee subcontractors, and keep projects on schedule.
Hands-on skills across all trades mentioned above.
Strong problem-solving abilities to keep jobs running smoothly.
Reliability and self-sufficiency—you should be able to jump in and get the job done.
Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities as the company grows.
