San Francisco Licensed General Contractor seeking a skilled individual for residential remodeling projects in San Francisco. We work on high end home renovations from foundation to finish and are seeking an employee that is reliable, trustworthy, detail oriented, and hard working with a solution based attitude. Projects include Voluntary Strengthening, Foundations, Additions, Basement Renovations, ADU’s, Bathroom & Kitchen Renovations, Deck construction, Fences, Cabinet Installations, Window & Door Installations and Finish Carpentry.
10 + years experience in residential remodeling is required
Initial daily tasks for this position include standard site work, concrete forms, temporary shoring, structural framing, rough framing doors and windows, finish carpentry, and cabinet installations. An individual with a solid work ethic, and a passion for building it “right” is the ideal candidate.

- Reliable truck with lumber rack
- Possess tools of the trade in good working condition
- Understand the importance of maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

- Bi-Lingual is a plus
This position is for 40 hours per week, M-F 8am-4pm. Compensation is $38- $50 per hour, but will be based on experience and skill. We do not offer medical insurance coverage at this point in time.
