Location: Based in Santa Rosa with projects in Sonoma, Marin and Napa Counties.

We are a leading roofing contractor specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial roofing projects. With a commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent to join our team and oversee our roofing operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee roofing crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to our standard of excellence.
Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance at job sites.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, and adherence to project specifications.
Train and mentor team members, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Resolve any on-site challenges and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Monitor materials, tools, and equipment to ensure proper usage and availability.
Maintain detailed records of job progress, employee hours, and material costs.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing supervision.
Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
OSHA certification and other relevant safety training (preferred).
