Job Opening: Experienced Framer (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

We are a reputable construction company with projects across the San Francisco, Oakland, Marin County, and Berkeley areas. We are looking for an Experienced Framer to join our team. If you have strong framing skills, are bilingual, and have experience with coordination and planning, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
As an Experienced Framer, you will handle framing tasks and take on responsibilities similar to a Superintendent, such as managing site activities, coordinating schedules, and ensuring project quality and safety. The role requires traveling within the Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee on-site construction activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Develop and manage 2-week and 3-week lookahead schedules and use Gantt charts to track progress.
Ensure quality control and enforce safety standards on-site.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project flow.
Manage materials and resources, ensuring availability and preventing delays.
Ability to lead safety meetings and fill accident reports.
Required Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of framing experience in residential or ground-up construction.
Must have own framing tools.
Ability to work in harsh weather conditions and flexible hours (early mornings, late evenings).
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with scheduling software, Gantt charts, and reporting.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
OSHA Certified.
