Experienced Construction Project Manager Needed for Residential Elevator Company/General Contractor
Location: Mostly working on projects in the Bay Area, but can extend down to Monterey and up to Sacramento
We're a newer residential elevator company, specializing in installations across Northern California. We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team. If you have over 15 years of experience in construction, possess exceptional client-facing skills, thrive in sales-oriented environments, and are ready to hit the road, then keep reading! Role Overview:
- Lead construction projects with expertise
- Interface directly with clients, ensuring exceptional service
- Drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building
- Manage and oversee multiple projects from construction to installation
- Assess homes to see if an elevator can be installed
- Help with construction & installation of elevator
- Update clients on project status
Requirements:
- 15+ years of construction experience
- Strong sales acumen and leadership capabilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have a car and willing to travel throughout Northern California
- Must own own tools
- Electrical, framing, or plumbing experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous
- Experience with city codes, ordinances and permitting process a plus
- Experience with remodeling is necessary
- Electrical, framing, and plumbing experience is a must
- Ability to problem solve and think on feet
- Must be allowed to work in US
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $35-$60 (commensurate with experience)
