Has at least 5 years of carpentry experience with expertise in multiple trades.

Thrives in client-facing situations and communicates effectively.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Is capable of guiding and mentoring other carpenters and laborers.
Brings their own tools and a professional, can-do attitude.
