Caregiver needed in private home for a 79 year old female in Alameda, CA. Patient has a late-life movement disorder similar to Parkinson’s disease.

Compensation: $25/hr ($30/hr if enrolled in IHSS)
Employment type: Full time 42 - 52.5 hours / week
Shift: M-F 8am- 6:30pm; Sat-Sun 8am-6:30pm
Requirements: Must have caregiving experience
Note: Live-in would be considered for the right person. Prefer a candidate enrolled with IHSS or open to enrolling in IHSS. We can work together to apply.
Duties
You will assist with:
- Daily stretching of arms, legs, and neck
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and diapering/toileting
- Routine house cleaning, laundry, linen changes and dishes
- The management and administration of medications by mouth and through feeding tube
- Mouth-feeding and tube-feeding breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Preparing and pureeing and fruits, juices, and snacks
- Grocery shopping
