You’ll work directly with potential customers, helping them realize their visions for their backyard homes, designing and tailoring our offering to fit their needs, and accelerating our company’s business.
We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, creative, and personable. This is a high-impact role for someone looking to level up their career quickly.
This is an in-person role based out of our beautiful headquarters in Berkeley, California.
Required skills and experience:
3+ years of sales experience in creating and managing a sales pipeline
Excellent communication skills across all formats (in person, on-the phone, and email)
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
Self-starter with a track record of personal accountability
Have an eye for detail and design and aesthetics
Clean driver record and access to a vehicle
Ability to drive to meet clients in-person in the East Bay Area
Bonus points:
Experience in construction project management or architecture
Sales experience in ADUs, real estate, construction, or other related sectors
BS or MS in business or architecture

$90k/year base salary with uncapped commission (negotiable based on your experience)
