Manage medium to large-scale projects on custom high-end homes, remodels, and additions. Aiding the management in bidding on or determining pricing services to the general contractors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicates with architects and crew to clarify scope of work, materials, and schedule requirements.
Communication with client, updating them on progress and procedures regarding their project.
Aids field operations with change order recording.
Directs, coordinates and provides information and documents to subcontractors.
Prepares scope of work for subcontracts.
Participates in hard bid/estimating and GMP budgeting activities by soliciting subcontractor support and evaluating bids.
Build relationships with subcontractors to obtain a competitive advantage.
Build and maintain relationships with internal clients.
Implement all applicable Safety Programs.
Qualifications:
Understanding of all phases of high-end custom residential home building and remolding.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
General knowledge of negotiated bids, hard bids, and GMP processes.
Attention to detail.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Ensure project is running on time and within budget
Valid drivers license.
Working Conditions/Salary:
The employee will be working mainly in office environment.
Weekly job site visits.

Salary: $35.00 - $52.00 per hour
