Construction playground installer

We design and build playgrounds for schools, churches and apartments throughout the Bay Area. We are looking for applicants that have construction experience. See the following list. Layout footings, dig footings and set posts in concrete. Assemble per manufacturers' installation guidelines. A variety of surfacing needs to be installed under the play structure such as artificial turf, wood chips, etc. Most important is installing a wet pour rubber which is mixed at the jobsite and poured at a certain height. Screed and trowel the product similar to concrete, a compacted base rock must be installed as a subgrade. Valid driver’s license is necessary and must meet I-9 requirements. Regular pay is from $30 to $40 per hour depending on experience. Some projects are prevailing wage at $45 to $67 per hour. Our office location is in El Sobrante, Ca.
