Alioto’s Auto Body & Paint is looking to fill our Parts Department position! Open to experienced or those willing to learn.
CCC One knowledge is a plus, but we can train.
As a Part Manager, you will be responsible for managing all parts, materials and other inventories through efficient ordering and stocking processes.
A day in the life of a Part Manager at Alioto’s Auto Body & Paint
Control all parts, materials and other inventories through correct and efficient ordering and stocking processes.
Contribute to “on time” vehicle deliveries and department profitability through proper management and best practices regarding ordering, receiving, staging, returning (etc.) of all parts and materials.
Contribute to profitability by establishing and monitoring vendor service levels.
Contribute to profitability by working with estimators and technicians to ensure all parts or materials are accounted for and invoiced correctly.
Assist as needed with other various tasks around shop.
Our ideal candidate is someone:
Experience as a Part Manager or a similar role, but willing to train the right person.
Body Shop Repair Industry experience a plus.
Knowledge of industry a plus.
Proficient with the use of a computer and emails.
