Established San Rafael Shop seeking a collision repair estimator. Previous experience or training in Mitchell Connect or CCC is necessary. Estimate and supplement preparation and presentation to customers and insurers will be the bulk of the job. Customer service, communication skills and professional courtesy would be expected, along with the capacity to help manage work flow. Parts experience would be a plus.
This is a full-time position but part-time is possible. Heath insurance including vision and dental care provided along with vacation, bonuses, and all standard sick-day benefits.
We obsess over our finished product, so that the recognition of all damage caused by collision and a good and correct repair thereof, along with the production of good sales and service would be expected and rewarded.
