I’m a local real estate agent looking for a creative part-time videographer to help me capture consistent, high-quality social media content mainly home tours and short lifestyle clips.
What you’ll do:
Film basic home tours (60-120seconds) and short 5–7 second clips for Instagram/TikTok/Reels.
Use an iPhone with a gimbal (required).
Drone footage is a plus (but not required).
Join me for shoots about once a week (flexible scheduling).
Editing skills are a bonus, but not required — main focus is filming clean, steady, professional-looking content.
What I’m looking for:
Some experience filming real estate, lifestyle, or event content.
An eye for framing and capturing homes in their best light.
Reliable, creative, and easy to work with.
Owns or has access to an iPhone gimbal (and drone if possible).
Compensation: Hourly/Per shoot — based on experience.
