Targeted salary range: $135K

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The LifeMoves Development team is seeking an advanced Salesforce Administrator or Developer to manage and enhance its donor database, with the goal of improving usability for fundraisers. A successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient, workable solutions within the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Non-Profit Cloud (NPC) environments, ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility. The candidate will function as an active member of the Development Operations team, participating in all aspects of system performance to provide back-end support for Salesforce end users, including members of the Development, Marketing, Finance teams and API users.

Minimum qualifications:

5+ years experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer.

Strong track record managing projects.

Prior nonprofit experience or using NPSP.

Advanced Excel skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation and working with internal stakeholders

Ability to pivot to new tasks as needed.

Desire to fulfill the LifeMoves mission and serve its clients.

 Desired qualifications:

Advanced Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer certification.

Salesforce Administrator certification.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Prior experience developing and managing Experience Cloud sites.

Prior experience using Tableau and FormAssembly.
