We have a professional room for rent in The Healing Arts Building in Lower Pac Heights/Japan town. It is ready for a Licensed Esthetician who specializes in sugaring. The room is currently available.
The secured access entrance to the building is through a beautiful garden courtyard (it makes you take a deep breath; it's really lovely). Upon entering, you will find a stylish, light-filled, spacious communal waiting room. Our suite is just off to the right of this area and adjacent to the restrooms and mailroom. A small communal kitchen is not far down the hall, with a mini-fridge to keep lunch.
ADA access is available.
The community of healing practitioners we share the building with includes psychotherapists, massage therapists, estheticians, and acupuncturists, as well as hypnotherapists and Reiki masters. (etc.)
Ideal Individual:
Experienced Sugarist (several years experience)
A clientele is a plus, but we also have clients for you.
20-40 hours per week available.
Rental based. Rate TBD (to be discussed)
We welcome other bodywork professionals to apply. However, please note that the space has limited storage for additional products or supplies. Therefore, it's essential that you come prepared with a traveling kit to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
