Spa Attendant Manager
Job Overview: This position is responsible for the spa attendant department with regard to staffing, procedures and training programs. Responsible for exemplary service in keeping with Kabuki Springs & Spa standards.
Qualifications/ Skills: Responsible for all duties of Spa Attendant. Ability to manage a staff of 15 people. Plus the following job functions.
Job functions:
Hire and oversee spa attendant and laundry staff.
Provide a role model for gracious, efficient, and professional behavior for attendant staff in keeping with Kabuki Springs & Spa’s Spa Service Standards and Procedures.
Perform all duties of attendants, as necessary, including bliss baths and communal bathing facility tasks.
Schedule attendant staff with an eye to spa budget and guest satisfaction.
Train attendant and laundry staff in spa procedures.
Develop and implement efficient and gracious procedures for communal bathing facility.
Oversee spa and laundry equipment.
Act as a liaison with the operations, therapist and attendant staff.
Oversee general housekeeping and maintenance of the entire spa.
Inventory all dispensary items and items necessary for the efficient operation of the spa and the staff
Oversee monthly staff meetings, creating an environment of creativity and cooperation for the staff.
Assist the management of Kabuki Springs & Spa in the protection and enhancement of all spa assets through proper inventory controls and appropriate programs in maintenance, security and housekeeping.
Perform other tasks associated as necessary in order to achieve the financial and other stated goals of the Spa.
