I own a small 3-chair salon in south San Mateo, close to El Camino between Ralston and Hillsdale with plenty of available (free) parking. I have one chair available for rent to a stylist who would like a long-term home, with a minimum one-year lease. I have an established clientele, having been in the business over 25 years. We don’t get walk-ins, so having an established clientele is necessary.
Included in the rent is a workstation and chair, all utilities, storage for supplies, as well malpractice and liability insurance. (Towel service not included.) Stylist should be able to provide her own equipment and supplies, and state cosmetology license.
This is a drama-free work environment, and you will have the freedom to make your own work schedule, sell and use products of your choice, and set your own service prices.
