Tan Bella Front Desk Sales Specialist
Tan Bella is an ultra-chic tanning salon voted Top Salon in the Bay Area for the last 10 years. We are dedicated to giving our customers an escape from the cliché tanning experience into a high-end world of quality equipment and products. We offer Advanced levels of UV, Automated Spray Tanning Booths, Custom Air Brush Spray Tanning, and Skin-Firming Red Light.
Tan Bella is looking for new SALES TEAM members for our Castro/Upper Market St. location! We are looking for motivated, charismatic individuals to join our staff. The environment is fast-paced and high energy with an extensive client base. You must be comfortable with face-to-face interaction, customer service and retail sales. Front desk responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
-Answering multiple phones lines in a friendly, articulate manner
-Selling products and services by educating clients
-Booking and coordinating appointments and inventory
-Cleaning and keeping the salon in meticulous order
-Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends (20-40 hrs. week)
Compensation
This is a performance based position designed to drive sales while delivering exceptional service and is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to make $21 per hour + commission.
