Dogpatch Paddle is seeking an experienced superstar to run our paddling programs, both services (rentals, lessons, tours) and retail. Ideally you have experience as a kayak and or paddle board guide, with some experience in retail.
Qualifications we seek:
- Personable: we are a community business and you'll interact with our friends and neighbors. It's a fun job so we're seeking a fun personality.
- Detail oriented: there a lot of little parts to manage. We're seeking someone who is incredibly organized and effortlessly efficient. IYKYK
- Safe: our #1 priority is safety on the water. Be lifeguard certified and have an understanding of all factors keeping our guests safe on the water.
- Hard working: we all pitch in to run this show. Don't be afraid of hard work. The job comes with a great opportunity to grow with the company as we prepare to move into our new facility and look at expansion opportunities.

The role will start off part time and as we slide into summer will increase. If the summer is successful you'll be instrumental in creating a full-time, year-round opportunity.
