Hiring hairstylists and styling assistants. For assistants James Rose Salon offers a structured education program, with guaranteed wage in a busy salon. For stylist we offer a guaranteed wage while you build up your clientele. We are turning clients away daily and have a stylist approaching maternity leave, so there is plenty of opportunity to grow your clientele.
As an assistant at James Rose Salon your day will be busy helping stylists with blowouts, glossing, color applications, and keeping the salon in shape. You will participate in weekly in salon education classes and after you complete your training program, you will travel to a Vidal Sassoon 5 day cutting class(or we might switch it up and go with Ben Brown,@benbrownhair), Balayage mastering course, as well as any additional Davines color classes.
As a stylist at James Rose Salon, we will invest in your continuing education. The above classes will be available to you, as well as the majority of new clients. There is no competition for new clients, as all of our stylists currently have a full clientele.
