The Cave in Marin County has an immediate opening for a Customer Service/Administrative Assistant.
We are looking for someone who can provide superior customer service while assisting clients with class selections, membership and billing questions, and merchandise purchases. You will be the first line of contact for our clients on the phone, by email, and in person, and must be able to convey and enforce policies while still maintaining poise.
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong computer and internet skills.
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing.
- At least 1 year of office/administrative experience.
- A friendly and outgoing personality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Able to multitask.
- Able to bend, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Mac OSX.
- Ideally available to work mornings, afternoons, and possibly weekends in the future as we grow.
