Tan Bella Front Desk Sales Specialist
Tan Bella is looking for new team members! Our 4th St. location in downtown San Rafael is looking for motivated, charismatic individuals to join our front desk staff. The environment is fast-paced and high energy with an extensive client base. You must be comfortable with face-to-face interaction, customer service and retail sales.

-Previous Salon/Spa/Cosmetic retail experience is a plus
Front desk responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
-Answering multiple phones lines in a friendly, articulate manner
-Selling products and services by educating clients
-Booking and coordinating appointments and inventory
-Cleaning and keeping the salon in meticulous order
-Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends (20-30 hrs. week)
Compensation
This is a performance based position designed to drive sales while delivering exceptional service and is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to make $20-35 per hour with hourly base + monthly bonus
