Bespoke Wellness is a wellness center located in the Harbor Bay business park. We provide massages, skincare, acupuncture and chiropractic treatments for our clients. We are looking for a welcoming person to run our front desk part-time! The ideal person is professional, well dressed, manicured appearance, and computer savvy.
Looking to fill the position ASAP.
Schedule we are hiring for:
Sunday: 9:30am - 5:30pm
Monday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Tuesday: 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Wednesday: 8:30pm - 1:30pm
Thursday: 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Friday: 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Holidays and holiday season is a must
Total of 20-25hrs/week
Must meet these standards:
- Happy, cheerful, and high-energy personality
- Strong understanding of customer service
- Computer and typing skills
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in person
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance, and positive attitude
- Ability to calmly and confidently deal with any unforeseen situations that may arise
Receptionist job duties:
- Greet/checkout/rebook clients
- Answer phone inquiries
- Tidy up the center throughout the day
- Attend to clients
- Start and fold laundry
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management/owners
Preferred skills in a resume:
- Previous front-desk experience
- Previous spa experience
- Computer and typing skills
- BONUS if you have worked with Booker software
