We currently have one salon station available for full time or part time rent. (We are a booth rental salon only).

After one year at Fringe, stylists receive one week every six months of rent-free vacation time.
WHAT WE SEEK:

We are open seven days a week. We offer full time or part time chair rentals, rent is $60 a day and is paid on a monthly basis. Four days a week is considered full time, rent maxes out at $960 a month and when that amount is reached you are welcome to come into the salon any day and move around your schedule however you'd like.
PRIVATE ROOM:
We are hoping to find a nail tech or an esthetician that offers waxing, as that is what our guests are asking about, and potentially facials - although the room does share a wall directly connected to a styling station and you can hear the blow dryers while you're in the room. (I'm happy to give you a sample when you come by to check out the space :))
Rent is $900 a month for full time rent, $450 for part time. You will get a key to the salon and esthetician space and are welcome to come and go any time/day you'd like. The room is already decorated but I am happy to adjust it as you see fit to your business.
The space includes:
-Approximately 8.5'x8' of private space decorated with care are ready to move in.
-Retail shelves already hung for you to run your own retail sales.
-Ample storage shelving.
-Customized page on Fringe Salons website
-Marketing on Fringe Salon social pages and local marketing
As well as use of all shared salon spaces, including:
-A comfortable waiting are for your guests offering a selection of teas, local coffee and sparkling water
-Break room with locker storage space and complimentary snacks
-Washing machine and dryer on site
-Wifi & bathroom (of course)
