Key Responsibilities
Engage with guests from the moment they enter to the moment they leave
Speak with others using a clear and professional language; able to fluently communicate in English
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
Work flexible hours which include weekends, evenings, and holidays
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures including, but not limited to, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
Be focused, energetic, and have strong attention to detail
Communicates early and often, informing all the relevant parties of important information
Previous experience in the hospitality or spa industries is preferred
Physical demands of the position
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to stand and lift to support cleaning and organizing spa locker areas
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time; and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by managers or supervisors
A team player with a willingness to help out anywhere needed
A steward of our brand, ensuring brand standards are met everywhere throughout the spa
Looking to staff weekends: Friday - Saturday evening shifts
