We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and delivering exceptional service. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to effectively demonstrate our products to potential customers. Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will sell facial products and facial treatment services offered by the company to current and new and existing clienteles.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
· Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their facial product or facial treatment service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
· Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
· Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
· Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
· Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
· Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
· At least five years of related experience of Salon facial treatment industry required.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
