Job Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, extractions, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and LED light therapy.
Analyze clients’ skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans and home care regimens.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following sanitation and safety protocols.
Educate clients on skincare routines and products to improve and maintain results.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Upsell treatments, products, and packages to meet clients’ skincare goals.
Stay current on industry trends, skincare innovations, and professional certifications.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on experience as an esthetician.
Valid California Esthetician License (required).
Working knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and ingredients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience in recommending products and services.
Passionate about skincare and helping clients achieve results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Korean skincare treatments and techniques.
Proficiency with advanced technologies such as oxygen facials, LED light therapy, and low level laser therapy.
Familiarity with scheduling and POS systems.
