Looking for a highly capable, certified personal trainer (or two) for a newly built, fully-equipped personal training studio and active recovery center on Alameda Point. Must be in exemplary shape, be open to learning "The Phoenix Normand Method" of training clients, have some knowledge of HYROX or hybrid training, be willing to study to become a certified HYROX instructor (instruction will be paid), and be able to effectively train clients ranging from morbidly obese to competitive athletes.
Trainers will enjoy a very favorable 60/40 revenue split, free access to the personal training and active recovery centers (cold plunges, infrared saunas, compression, and vibroacoustic therapies), and bonus incentives based on the number of monthly membership clients you secure.
I'm ultimately looking for a business partner to help grow and expand the BounceBack brand to standalone locations in other cities and partner with developers to build similar facilities in high-end residential developments and boutique hotels.
