Beautiful, peaceful, Kanna Spa in San Mateo is seeking talented, professional, and reliable, state certified massage therapists to provide massage therapy and spa services including but not limited to blends of deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish, Shiatsu, myofascial work, ART, lymphatic drainage, thai massage/stretching, prenatal massage, hot stones, body wraps, cupping, sound bath/sound healing, and infrared sauna sessions. Kanna Spa is owned & operated by a fellow massage therapist. So the care surrounding scheduling, need for breaks, self care and work/life balance is reflected in our more relaxed policies. We pay well, are flexible, supportive, and are five star rated on yelp. We care about the experience of each and every single client and are not interested in being a "massage factory." We are looking for professional healers who are passionate about their work and able to leave it all at the door to show up to work with good energy, excellent work ethic, and a team player attitude. Qualified applicants are responsible, prompt, great communicators, and trained in a variety of modalities and are able to execute an effective deep tissue massage in a relaxing spa setting as well as other spa treatments. Ideal candidates are grounded and will add to the positive, supportive nature of our team.
Must be willing to work on Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, some weekends and some evenings. Flexible schedule can be full time, part time, or on call. Must possess a CAMTC state certification.
