Seeking energetic and compassionate Pilates Pros to join our team! The ideal candidates can work independently and values fostering close relationships with clients.
Currently hiring for:
- In-Person Private and Duet Sessions
- morning and evening group Reformer classes
- Flexible schedules available multiple days of the week
Responsibilities:
- Availability to sub for group classes as needed
- Set up props and cleaning supplies for the indoor or outdoor space, clean up and close up after your shift
- Process payments as needed for client sessions and classes
- Communicate with studio staff if any client or instructor needs arise
- Manage your online schedule. Arrive on time for all classes and sessions booked. Start and end sessions and classes on time.
Qualifications:
- Pilates certified on mat and all equipment, minimum 400 hour training program
- Minimum of one year experience teaching movement — either Pilates or another form
- Ability to train at all fitness levels
- Skilled at modifications and progressions for clients with common injuries
- Experience working with rehab clients not necessary, but an interest in working with special populations and commitment to continuing education is a plus
- Has reliable transportation to our Oakland studio
Corpo Kinetic is a boutique Pilates studio on the Oakland/Berkeley border. We specialize in rehabilitative care, but also meet the needs of our community by offering a great Pilates workout to all levels of fitness.
Our staff enjoy peer study groups and social events, mentorship for newer instructors from our master trainers, and unlimited access to group classes and studio space for personal workouts.
Pay is hourly and competitive, DOE.
