MEGA (Marin Elite Gymnastics Academy) is looking for an Assistant Competitive Team Coach in San Rafael, CA.
Coaching experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person, such as a former or current competitive gymnast.
The schedule is perfect for a high school or college student looking for flexible hours, or even someone with a 9-5 career looking to get involved in the gymnastics world again. Team workouts begin at 5pm or 6pm most days.
FT hours may become available in August 2025. Staff would need to be open to teaching preschool and rec classes, assist in the office, and help with weekend parties.
Please note, this is NOT a head coach position and is an 'ENTRY LEVEL' coaching role. We are also looking for part time hourly rec class coaches.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
