Zum Services, Inc. in Redwood City, CA seeks Engineering Program Manager
Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the planning and execution of software engineering projects. Duties include: overseeing and coordinating multiple software development projects, ensuring they align with company goals and meet deadlines; defining project scopes and monitoring on-going progress; functioning as the point person for clarifying project level goals and outlining execution plans needed to achieve them; analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost restraints and to determine, recommend, and plan installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system; allocating resources to on-going development projects; and other duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to headquarters in Redwood City, California.
Education: Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: 2 years of experience in the job offered or related. Other special requirements include: 2 years of experience managing projects utilizing the following tools and technologies or similar: Swift, Kotlin, Angular, NodeJS, Jenkins, Jira, and Git; 2 years of experience with full stack development and full software development lifecycle; 2 years of experience developing infrastructure; 2 years working in an agile environment using a project management tool; 2 years of experience leading and overseeing engineering initiatives to drive development and implementation of technology strategies; and 2 years of experience directly managing the daily activities of a large software engineering team.
Wage Range: $200,304 – $210,000
