Part-Time Event Sales Representative — $25/hr + Commission + $1,000 Bonus
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (multiple event locations)

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing people to represent our partner, Realm, at community events around the Bay Area.
You’ll work fun weekend events like farmers markets, sports games, and retail pop-ups — talking to homeowners, sharing information about our services, and booking appointments.
Pay & Perks:
$25/hour base pay
Uncapped commission (earn more based on meetings booked)
$1,000 bonus after 3 months (easy-to-meet performance goal)
Paid mileage for long trips
Training and support provided
Job Details:
Part-time (weekends required — Sat & Sun)
Events at multiple Bay Area locations
Set up and take down event booth (tent, table, signs, materials)
Engage with homeowners and explain services
Work outdoors at lively community events
Requirements:
2+ years of face-to-face sales or customer service experience
Able to lift 50 lbs (event booth equipment)
Own a 4-door vehicle or larger
Comfortable standing and talking for several hours
Based in the Bay Area and available every weekend
