Sales/Customer Service Representative (San Bruno)
Established Wholesale Family Run Fish Company located in San Bruno is looking for a full-time, entry level sales/customer service representative.
Responsibilities will include:
- Have the ability to multitask (assist multiple customers at the same time)
- Handle inbound calls , providing support to customers in a timely manner
- Fielding complaints and responding to inquiries
- Have the ability to follow through and pay attention to details
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Be self-motivated and a person that takes the extra step
- Have the ability to organize time effectively and efficiently
- Input of data into the data base Good computer s skills
- Acting as a liaison between customers and upper management
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has extraordinary time management skills, coupled with high energy, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic
- 1-3 years' experience with customer service preferred with some seafood knowledge
- Must be a strong team player
- Dependable and consistent outlook, taking pride and ownership in work
- A proactive and personable attitude
- Strong communication skills
