We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, managing accounts, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to negotiate and close deals. Duties

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.

Generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Conduct territory sales by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Manage accounts by maintaining regular communication with clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the sales management team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against goals.

Experience

Proven experience in direct sales or technical sales is preferred.

Strong background in lead generation, account management, and territory sales.

Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.

Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Previous experience in sales management is a plus but not required.

Previous experience in construction preferred.
