Description:
We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Director to launch this exciting new market with us! You will be responsible for cultivating and closing sales to owners of Multi-Tenant Buildings - Creating new income for their rental properties by providing discounted solar power to their tenants.
Responsibilities:
-Cultivate and close sales in your assigned Region
-Establish sales territories, and quotas, growing the team as results warrant
-Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
-Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
-Report on team and individual performance
-Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
-Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Commercial real estate industry helpful
-Strong closing abilities
-Ability work under pressure to meet goals
-Build rapport with clients
Salary: $70,000+
Bonus/Commission: Potential $100,000-$300,000 Upon sale + Residual
