Position Overview:
Happreneurs is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to help launch and grow multiple local chapters of our exciting new network of business professionals. As a key driver in expanding Happreneurs' presence, you will engage with local business leaders, recruit new members, and establish lasting relationships across several regions. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of Happreneurs while directly impacting the success of multiple local chapters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and recruit local business professionals to join Happreneurs chapters across different regions
- Conduct online and in-person meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote the value of joining the network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members in multiple local areas
- Collaborate with the leadership teams of each chapter to implement growth strategies and ensure smooth chapter operations
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, membership, and chapter growth targets
- Represent Happreneurs at community events and business networking opportunities with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or community outreach
- Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and across multiple locations
- Passion for helping businesses grow and thrive
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable with travel to different local markets to support chapter launches and events
