We are looking for outgoing, energetic professionals to represent our company. This flexible position requires an outgoing personality to build rapport quickly and excellent customer service skills. This position offers various possible career growth opportunities with ongoing training.
Primary Responsibilities:
Set up and tear down of booth while representing the company at various events.
Actively engage with the public to identify heating, cooling, plumbing and air care needs.
Prospects come to you, no cold calling or door-to-door.
Answer general questions and stimulate interest in our products.
Gather information for appointment-setting purposes.
Qualifications:
Must be capable of being on your feet for 4-6 hours
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Outgoing Personality / Ability to drive a conversation
Sales or marketing experience beneficial, but not required
Must be 18 years or older
Compensation:
$18-$21/hr. (based on experience) + Reward program
Incentive Reward Program: $20 per completed appointment plus $25-$100 for every lead sold (based on amount of sale)
Use of company vehicle
Flexible schedule - 32-40 hours per week - Day/Evening/Some Saturdays
